All artwork sold on Yocheved Art is carefully created and packaged to ensure safe delivery. Due to the unique and custom nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
All Sales Are Final
Please carefully review your order before submitting payment, as we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once the order has been processed.
We do not make exceptions to this policy, so please be certain of your purchase before completing the transaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In this case, we may offer a replacement or store credit, but no refunds will be given.
