Shipment & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. This is possible thanks to our partnerships with leading postal carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Each order is shipped using Express service and is fully insured for your peace of mind.
All paintings are made to order. Our average processing time ranges between 7-20 business days, depending on the complexity of the order. This timeframe includes the ordering, printing, and shipping process.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- US, CA: 5-7-3 business days
- AU, NZ: 8-9 business days
- EU: 8-9 business days
- Rest of the World: 12-14Â business days
All paintings are shipped after the painting, framing, and quality inspection processes are complete, which may take up to 30 business days. Each painting comes with free 100% insurance coverage.
We offer delivery to every location served by our delivery partners! If you have any concerns or special delivery requests, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're committed to finding a solution, no matter where you are—even if it's on a remote island!

Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. While we do not offer returns or refunds, if your item arrived damaged, and you notify us within seven days or less, we will work with you on either sending you a replacement, or store credit.
We, Yocheved Art will ensure if anything needs to be replaced, or if anyone needs store credit back for their complained issue within the time frame given of seven days or less after the order was placed.
